Business setup

Company formation, structured for the tax position you will live with.

The licence you choose decides where you can sell, which visas you can sponsor and how Corporate Tax applies to you for years. We set the structure first, then file it, chase it and keep it alive at renewal.

Jurisdictions we work with

Mainland in every emirate, and free zones including DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, SHAMS, SRTIP, SPC, Ajman Free Zone, ANC and JAFZA. We are an authorised DMCC channel partner.

What happens after the licence

Most setup providers stop at the licence. The first 90 days after formation are when Corporate Tax registration, bookkeeping, VAT readiness and visas all start at once. We stay with you through that period, because we also handle the accounting that follows.

FAQ

Questions,

It depends on who your customers are. A mainland licence lets you trade directly across the UAE market. A free-zone licence is often simpler to set up and can qualify for 0% Corporate Tax on qualifying income, but selling to mainland customers may need a distributor or may be non-qualifying income. We compare both for your specific activity.

Every UAE company must register for Corporate Tax within the deadline set by the FTA, regardless of profit. Late registration carries an AED 10,000 penalty, so we register as part of the setup.

We prepare the document pack and business profile banks ask for and introduce you to the relationship team. Account approval is always the bank's decision.

Recent result
